This hotel is only suitable if you just need to put your head down for a few hours. It's basic, small and needs some updating. The staff seemed a little distant and rather miserable to say the least. Great location though and I would use it again if I stay just 1 night in London on a budget

Terrible service - tried overcharging us and took 20 mins to persuade not to stick to the quoted price. Then when some of our party had BED BUGS and were moved from a 3 bed room to a 2 bed room at 3 in the morning (so they had to share a bed. In the morning they took another 40 minutes of us refusing to leave the reception before they would give a full refund for the room! NEVER STAY HERE
