"With 2AA Rosettes under its belt, the restaurant at Cannizaro House is snugly set in the hotel's historic dining room - decorated with burgundy carpets and dun-coloured walls - and it is a popular place for business lunches, afternoon tea, romantic tables a deux and wedding receptions. Cannizaro House has a sense of retro grandeur, and the Gatsby-esque terrace overlooking the park is perfect for fancy pre-dinner mojitos. The organic modern British menu at Cannizaro House includes favourites such as the cutlet, rillete and confit shoulder of Romney Marsh lamb, and the creamy honeycomb parfait with pecan praline."

We stayed at Cannizaro House for a weekend visit to our son & his wife in Putney, London. We had a superb time & the accommodation at the hotel made things really special. Not particularly cheap but nice little touches such as shortbread included with the tea making kit, and a small decanter of sherry (topped up daily!) made things really memorable.
Would I Stay Again? Yes
