Chester Hotel is a basic and comfortable hotel based in Pimlico, South West London. It is reasonably priced yet is situated in a wonderful location that is only a 3 minute walk from Victoria Tube and Rail station, which has ideal links to Kings Cross St Pancras for Eurostar via the Victoria line, as well as access to both Stansted and Gatwick Airport in under an hour.
It is a family run establishment that has a vast range of accommodation to suit every kind of visitor. These include cheap rates for travelers and backpackers looking for a bed to rest their weary heads in anticipation for their forthcoming adventures, as well as rooms for families on holiday and guests on business trips.
Each room is basic, clean and comfortable and provides complimentary tea and coffee for each inhabitant as well as a colour TV, central heating and daily room service.
Free WIFI has recently been added to the roster of delights provided by the Hotel, which also includes tourist information, free street parking on weekends and evenings and 24 hour access to the hotel.
Ideally located on Longmore Street, Chester Hotel is in the middle of a suburban street that feels safe yet is still close enough to the centre of London so that you can get everything you desire from your visit.
A pub and grocery store are situated just around the corner from the hotel can provide a refreshing beverage of both the alcoholic and non alcoholic variety.
The locality of the hotel also enables the visitor to see all of the major attractions that London has to offer which are only a short distance from the Chester Hotel.
This means that Buckingham Palace, the Houses of Parliament and Big Ben are all within walking distance of the hotel and can be visited within the same day whilst not being too strenuous for those who are walking.
Westminster Abbey and Cathedral are also just around the corner from the hotel and be easily accessed on foot without a map. Yet even if you do happen to get lost amongst the labyrinth of streets Chester Hotel is easily located just off the main street of Belgrave Road.

Victoria Palace shopping centre is only a short 5 minute walking distance from the hotel too, and the more glamorous and expensive shopping districts of Oxford Street and Camden are easily accessible from the Victoria bus and tube station.
Theatreland and The West End are also within a 20 minute walking distance of the hotel, or can be reached via the tube or bus station if you are too tired from a days worth of walking.
The Chester Hotel is ideal for those who are looking for a comfortable base camp for their excursions into the capital, and also has affordable accommodation for those looking to visit on a budget.

Medium size bed and not repulsive decor. I would definately stay their again for that price - or certainly in the same area. beats a towerblock premier inn type place hands down.
