The Danubius Hotel London is one of our favourite hotels being value for money, close to the West End and having a great bar open late!
The rooms are of a good standard, most having been refurbished very recently.
Despite being so close to Oxford Street, it is outside the congestion zone.

Picked this hotel because driving into London is a nightmare and at the Danubius Hotel I do not pay the congestion charge and the car parking is secure. It is suprisingly close to the Oxford Street area which I walked to, however I got wise and jumped a bus for a 10 minute ride right to the doorstep of Selfridges. The hotel is big and spacious, especially the bar. the rooms vary in size, they are not huge but mine had a very comfy chair to relax and watch tv. Breakfast was a buffet style and
