simply the best, wonderful hotel with such grace and style, the staff are very professional as you would expect in a 5 star establishment however they seem to go above and beyond your expectations. It really earns its 5 star status and prestigious position as one of London's top hotels. I would return again and again if I could. Just fantastic.
