The Complaint
Beware Consumers here's another bad experience that went ignored by the
Manager and Owner knew or did nothing about this situation, only thing done
for sure was to fire the maid! We were never so dissappointed in our lives.

I am writing this letter in regards to our telephone conversation.
We stayed in room 36 on June 2, 2007.
I am truly disappointed in the room that we stayed in and hope to one day
come back and have a better experience. I did like the lay out of the room
and the fridge was truly a lifesaver (and the fact that it was plugged in
was a bonus on a hot day).
Things not right with the room are as follows:
- no telephone or telephone book in the room
- air conditioner in the room but not plugged in and setting on low
- plug in between beds not working needed to have an extension cord (which
we borrowed from your sister)across the room and not trip on it on the way
to the bathroom.
- had to buy a fan which we plugged into the extension cord to keep me cool.
- no running water in the bathroom sink just a bit of a trickle and
sometimes a drip
- light bulb broken in lamp which my husband replaced as well as the one
near the tv with bulbs from the bathroom to see at night.
- lamp had to be plugged in to the extension cord to work properly
- pillowcase on second bed had blood on it that did NOT belong to either one
of us!!!
We're a bit worried about whether or not the sheets were cleaned .as we were
so tired and it was late at night that we didn't check out their
cleanliness..just needed to sleep.
