Have you ever tried to complain about a problem at a hotel and been ignored ?
THE QUESTION..... Is Joanne Jefferson right to complain ? Is this complaint fair? What would you do? Would the hotel like to comment ? What is your verdict ? Joanne JeffersonThe Complaint Called a few days later to ascertain, if we could get adjoining rooms with beds originally requested. Told we did not have reservations for adjoining rooms. We were giving adjoining rooms for smokers and the Jaminson Inn personnell told us they will de-smoke the rooms. We arrived at the Jaminson Inn, July 3, 2007, the rooms smell horrible, the pillows, bed spreads, carpet, curtain, and closets. We requested everything changed that the hotel was willing to change. They washed the bed spreads, they did not have anymore pillows, one of the ironing boards, All our clothing smelled and when we left for home every item of clothing that we unpacked wether we wore it or not had to be sent to the cleaners because they smelled of cigarett smoke. We all have allegry problems and this stay made this problem worst. In addition to these problems the carpet was dirty black, the TV had tons of nicotine on it. I washed everything I could with Lysol, the cloth recylinder chair was dirty and showing more than normal wear and tear. Your comment here Fellow Travellers Comments
