The Complaint
We booked a two star room through hotels.com and paid them @150 for two
nights at Palace Suites in Dallas.
Upon arrival we had NO reservation so the hotel charged us $100 for the room
for two nights.
I have contacted hotels.com three different times by phone and several times
through email and am still out $250 for a truly lousy half star?
room......with no refund in sight.
I am still calling, but to no avail so far.
The hotel swears they didn't charge us!
We will NEVER use hotels.com again and want to get the word out so that
others aren't ripped off like we were!

UPDATE:
Subject: Palace Suites Dallas complaint
Okay, it took two months and a LOT of persistance, but I finally got a
refund of $100.
After their low price garanty......and all the hassle......I still think
I
should have gotten back $150.
I will still never use them again, but am glad I finally got some
resolution
to our complaint.
