The Complaint
My complaint is concerning a Hotel in New Zealand called the Waitotara hotel.
When entering this hotel they are never around when you want any service.
And when they do see you they generally just walk away and tend to other
things rather you. 10 minutes later they return with a smile on their face like
you have only just entered the premises and ask "can I help you" ?
This has been happening for a very long time now and I for one am fed up with the poor
service that they offer. They also have a liquor licence shown on their wall
about not serving intoxicated persons and yet that law is absolutely ignored.
Time hotel owners stand by what they preach otherwise move on!
