Subject: our room in your hotel from 12. july til 19. july 2007, COMPLAIN !!
dear hotel-team !
i must complain about your hotel, our 3 kids lives one week in your hotel in londeon and they all had a bad carian-infection.
you must chance your mattress !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
they all was by a doctor and they must schmear a salve, it was very expensive.
check your mattress!!!!!!!!!!!!!! but act fast.
