Brook Street London W1 is located between Grosvenor Square W1 and Hanover Square W1 in Mayfair, close to the popular shopping areas of Oxford Street W1 and Regent Street W1. Its name is taken from the Tyburn, which flows underneath Brook Street.

New Bond Street W1, Davies Street W1 and South Molton Street W1 all share junctions with Brook Street, which was laid in the early 18th century.

Brook Street is home to the exclusive Claridge's hotel, located at its intersection with Davies Street W1.
