Very close to Regents Park is the Danubius Hotel Regents Park Located on the North Western boundary of.  

The Danubius Hotel is one of our favourite hotels being value for money, close to the West End and having a great bar open late with huge screen tv's! The 

rooms are of a very good standard with all the amenities you would expect of a four star hotel. Most of the rooms having benefited from a recent refurbishment. The hotel also benefits from on site parking and a small gym.

Despite being so close to Oxford Street, it is outside the congestion zone. Highly recommended.

 

 

A really stunning hotel close to Regents Park worthy of a mention is the beautiful Landmark Hotel. A modern 5 star hotel located on the nearby Marylebone Road.

ABOUT REGENTS PARK

The Royal Regents Park stands in around 410 acres of grounds on the North Western side of Central London. The park stretches into both Westminster and Camden localities, with Primrose Hill, another of the Royal Parks bordering the Northern boundary.  

Encircling the park are 2 ring roads, the Outer and the Inner ring roads.  The park is mainly pedestrianised apart from these 2 circular roads and a road which linking both of these inner and outer roads.

The park offers a great deal of pleasure with it's open air theatre, the grounds which are home to many different bird species and not forgetting the squirrels who do rather like to take the odd tidbit of food from passers by.  There are formal and informal gardens a boating lake, sports area's, childrens playgrounds, it is even home to London Zoo and the Zoological Society of London and Regents Park College.

The zoo is located on the North Eastern area of Regents Park and is a delight to visit with or without children.  

Regents Canal meanders through the park at it's Northern end and connects to the Grand Union Canal and onward to the former London Docks

Regents Park is home to the US Ambassador whose home is situated close to the North Western fringe of Regents Park.  Dotted around the perimeters you will find fine examples of John Nash designed white stucco terraced houses
