The ICL Beit Hall served my purpose well. Do not expect luxury but then again you are on a budget and it was great. Perfect for young people as it is in the heart of the college with all the facilities on hand, including the student bar. Excellent location for the Albert Hall and High Street Kensington. Loved it.
