Le Soufflé is the hotel's finest restaurant, located adjacent to Le Soufflé Bar on the ground flood, specialising in French dishes and soufflé. Fine dining with live piano music during the evening. Open Tuesday to Friday for lunch and dinner, Saturday dinner dances, Sunday lunch. Ground floor, seats 80. Le Soufflé Bar is open Monday to Saturday, 12.00 until 23.00 for non-residents and for residents open Monday to Sunday 12.00 until 01.00. Live piano music evenings.

The hotel offers a more informal restaurant in the form of The Coffee House which is open daily for breakfast, lunch and dinner. There is an extensive choice of dishes from the international buffet selection. Each Wednesday, the hotel's resident Japanese chef prepares a Japanese Dinner Buffet. Open all week from 07.00 until 22.30 and until 23.00 on Saturday. Ground floor, seats 130. Japanese dinner buffet on Wednesday and Italian dinner buffet on Friday.
