One Aldwych - Comment: Perfect location on the edge of Covent Garden in the West End, this boutique hotel is in an ideal area to access a multitude of restaurants and shops. Walk across Westminster Bridge and you are at the Southbank and the London Eye. This is a boutique hotel where the staff know you in a very short time and therefore service is of a high standard. The bedrooms are all different sizes but are generally of a decent size. On entering this period building you are confronted by a contemporary but not minimalist 21st century hotel where comfort has been high on the agenda. I particularly appreciated the two top class restaurants and the amazing lap swimming pool complete with underwater music. Hotel Assist Verdict: Pricey but rather unique and definitely classy. If you are a seasoned traveller you will appreciate this gem and charge the room to your company account ! The ambiance reminds me of a modern Milestone Hotel.
