Located on the first floor of the Hotel is one of London's premier Japanese restaurants, the "Nobu". The critically acclaimed Michelin starred restaurant serves up innovative Japanese cuisine under the guidance of celebrated master chef Nobu Matsuhisa. Mixing the traditions of Japan with the techniques and ingredients of South America, it is advised to book well in advance as some say tables are harder to come by than box seats at Wimbledon!

The "Met Bar", famed by its popularity with the rich and famous, has become what is probably the hottest meeting place in the coolest city in the world! During the day breakfast and light lunches are served, and after 6pm it is strictly "Members and Guests only".
