The Montana hotel in London's South Kensington is our best rated tourist class hotel offering a great location with museums, Harrods, shops, restaurants and the exhibition centres of Earls Court and Olympia all close by. Across the road is the London Underground station of Gloucester Road which offers direct lines to both London Heathrow Airport and the West End / Theatreland. The Montana Hotel London is within 3 minutes walk of Gloucester Road Underground Station with it's direct connection to all four London Heathrow Airport Terminals. From this station, there is also a direct link to the West End of London and Theatreland with a journey time of less than 10 minutes to Piccadilly Circus, Leicester Square and Covent Garden. From the same station, it is also possible to directly access High Street Kensington, Knightsbridge (Harrod's), Victoria Station, Earl's Court and Tower Hill. In the immediate vicinity are some world famous London museums - the Victoria & Albert, the Natural History, the Geological and the Science are all less than 5 minutes walk. The Royal Albert Hall in less than 10 minutes away by foot and the nearby Kensington High Street. Harrods can be walked to in under 15 minutes. The surrounding area of Kensington offers many excellent fashion shops, restaurants and bars and is the "up market" area of the city center.

There are 55 bedrooms on 4 floors all served by a lift. For the budget minded single traveller, there are a limited number of economy single rooms with shared bathroom ( 2 bedrooms to each well fitted out bathroom ). Otherwise, all bedrooms at the Montana Hotel London have a private bathroom with bath and shower combined. Complimentary tea and coffee trays are available at reception for those wishing to make their own drinks.

The air conditioned public areas are of a high standard and comprise of a Lounge Bar with satellite television and an adjacent sitting area with comfortable couches.

Breakfast is served in the restaurant and is continental style comprising of orange juice, tea, coffee, jams and toasts. A full English Cooked breakfast is available at a small supplement.
