It is only classed as a B&B because it does not offer an evening restaurant. The immediate area offers a huge choice of restaurants, bars, pubs and shops and is just minutes from Kensington, Chelsea and Hammersmith.
The Amsterdam Hotel, offers some of the best accommodation in the area and is just a minutes walk to the Earls Court Exhibition Center and the tube station.
