We are a family of 4 with teenagers, We stayed in the hotel for 4 nights and had a brillant time, The hotel staff were friendly and helpful and the hotel was lovely, very close to the tube station so easily accessible to all the attractions. I only have one moan and that was the smell of the drains coming up from the bathroom sink, other than that I would definately stay here again and would recommend to others, it's great for kids too :)))
