The Park Lane Mews Hotel London is situated at the southern end of Park Lane in Mayfair. Originally part of the Hilton Park Lane but now trades as an independent hotel. The decor is traditional and some areas of the hotel are approaching refurbishment time. The staff are well above average being very helpful and polite. The location is superb with Piccadilly being 3 minutes away.

From the Park Lane Mews you can walk to many areas of central London with ease. Within a few minutes walk is Apsley House, Buckingham Palace, Shepherd Market and Hyde Park. Park Lane bars and restaurants are plentiful, Theatreland is only 2km distance and Harrods 1km.

The Park Lane Mews is located in London's up market Mayfair District just east of Hyde Park and west of Bond Street, close to Grosvenor Square. Stay in this area and you will be experiencing London's Millionaires playground. Whatever you need, it's in this area; from celebrity hairdressers to Rolls Royce and Ferrari Dealers, it has the lot!

The Surrounding area offers many famous brands and institutions. Park Lane is well known for luxury products, and the area is home to many Embassies and Consulates, such as the American Embassy at Grosvenor Square. Berkeley Square, Piccadilly Circus and Oxford Street are within easy walking distance, as are the Royal Parks of Green Park and St James Park. Both bordering the Mall, leading to Buckingham Palace.

On the other side of the Buckingham Palace is Victoria (SW1), where the train station by the same name offers a direct connection to Gatwick Airport. Heathrow Airport can be reached directly from Hyde Park corner via the tube. Stansted Airport is easily reached by the Stansted Express which runs from Liverpool Street station, the journey taking approximately sixty minutes.

Wanted something very close to Park Lane for a dinner Dance there but only the Park Lane Mews fitted my budget. I think if you go teer expecting a top three star then you will be very happy. If you wanta genuine 4 star in this area then double your budget. I actually thought it was quite good and it gowes without saying that from here you can access most of central London so easily.
