The hotel's cosy restaurant offers guests a buffet breakfast, serving Full English and Continental items. An a la carte dinner menu is also featured, as is afternoon tea, with lunch needing to be taken at one of the many nearby restaurants. The hotels lounge bar retains its original English Country House Charm, with an open fireplace, deep mahogany furniture and classic portraits and decorations. The Bar offers snacks and drinks, coupled with an extensive wine list. Afternoon Tea is also offered in the Lounge Bar from 2 o'clock.

Guests travelling with children are welcome, baby cots are available free of charge for 0-2 year olds, with extra beds offered for children up to 12 years. Children up to 12 years stay free of charge, paying only for breakfast.

Park Lane is well known for luxury products, and the area is home to many Embassies and Consulates, such as the American Embassy at Grosvenor Square. Berkeley Square, Piccadilly Circus and Oxford Street are within easy walking distance, as are the Royal Parks of Green Park and St James Park. Both bordering the Mall, leading to Buckingham Palace.

On the other side of the Buckingham Palace is Victoria (SW1), where the train station by the same name offers a direct connection to Gatwick Airport. Heathrow Airport can be reached directly from Hyde Park corner via the tube. Stansted Airport is easily reached by the Stansted Express which runs from Liverpool Street station, the journey taking approximately sixty minutes.
