I arrived late and was given a basement room where the mattress was 6 inches shorter than the bed base and the room felt like a dungeon. I complained and was allocated a higher floor and a proper room. The facilities are all there - everything that you could want - not top quality but all the same you do have them. The price was the deciding factor and also the area which is safe and very upmarket. There are two tube stations within easy walk and a Sainsbury 24 hour mega store with a Starbucks just two mins walk away. Yes I would recommend it and I would stay there again but think of it as a top three star and you will not be disappointed.
