The location of the Shaftesbury Hyde Park Hotel is excellent, being a short walk from Paddington Station with it's fast express link to Londons Heathrow Airport.
Hyde Park is only a short walk with its acres of lush gardens, ponds, walkways, running, cycling and horse riding tracks. An altogether splendid place to relax after taking in the sights and sounds of the Capital.
For shopping there is a great choice of areas, Oxford Street, Bond Street or the less frantic Whiteleys shopping centre. All easily reached from the hotel.

We stayed in a twin room, the room was very clean and modern with nice bathroom. Check in was slow but staff apologetic. A good experience and I would return without doubt
