A Luxury yacht, moored alongside the Excel Exhibition Centre, The Sunborn Yacht Hotel offers five star class and luxury accommodation.
The London flagship of the Sunborn Hotels Group, the Sunborn Yacht has a sister yacht Hotel in Naantali, Finland. Offering luxury accommodation, the yachts are complete with all facilities found in any luxury Hotel. Located across from the Eastern Gateway of the Excel Exhibition Center, the Sunborn Yacht hotel is the obvious choice for exhibitors and visitors wanting deluxe accommodation. Not just recommended for business travellers, the Sunborn Yacht offers excellent prices over non show periods, which compete heavily with the more traditional five star hotels in the City Center, creating a perfect hotel for leisure travellers who want true 5 star standards, but not at 5 star prices! The Sunborn Yacht Hotel offers over 100 luxury suites, decorated in a traditional style, with modern accents. Similar in style to Britannia International Hotel, located just across the water at Canary Wharf, the Sunborn Yacht suites are excellently appointed. Each suite offers air conditioning, in room safe, international telephone, television with satellite and pay movie channels, trouser press, work desk, mini bar, room service and internet connection. Suites are approx 30 sqm and are on par with international cruise ships. Suites are equipped with private bathroom with power shower and hair dryer. All guest rooms feature WiFi wireless internet. An additional touch of luxury are the suites with balconies, most suites are complete with a balcony, this will be shown on the check prices and availability pages. Also available are allergy free and non smoking suites on request. The Suborn Yacht, offers superb facilities, a restaurant, bar and meeting rooms are available to hotel guests and each offers an impeccable level of service. The Suborn Yachts restaurant is located on the fifth deck and offers seating for up to 65 persons. The Fifth Deck Restaurant services breakfast, lunch and dinner menus, each freshly prepared and very reasonably priced. Breakfast is served from 07:30 until 10:00, with dinner through to 21:45. In addition to its restaurant the Sunborn Yacht features the Yacht Club Bar. A unique bar, situated on the central deck, patrons can enjoy almost 360 degree views of the surrounding area. Offering a lively, contemporary ambience the Yacht Club serves an excellent drinks and cocktails list and light snacks. The Sunborn Yacht offers state of the art conference rooms. The Yacht Hotel is especially proud of the Captains Club, which can hold up to 20 persons and has a dedicated bar and 100sqm terrace. The Sunborn Yachts Sun Deck offers covered banqueting for over 100 guests. The Hotels Restaurant, Bar and conference rooms all offer complimentary wireless internet connection. In addition the Sunborn Yacht also offers a 24 hour reception, ensuring that guests on late flights are greeted with a friendly service. All decks/floors can be reached by lift and a focal point of the hotel is the ornate stair case. The hotels reception offers a laundry service, concierge service and can also arrange a chauffeur service for hotel guests (48 hours notice required). The Sunborn Yacht is located in E16, London's Royal Docks, in the heart of Docklands. An area which has had much investment over recent years, Sunborn guests will find it has excellent transport connections. The Docklands Light Railway connects guests direct to Canary Wharf, London City Airport, The Jubilee Tube Line, Stratford, Greenwich and The City. Canary Wharf, besides being the new financial center of London, also offers a huge underground shopping center and leisure complex. Canary Wharf is approximately eight minutes by DLR from the Sunborn Yacht, with Bank and Tower Hill stations being approx 15 minutes away. Road connections are excellent, with the A13 linking guests to the M25 and the City. Car Parking is available opposite the Sunborn Yacht at discounted rates for guests.
