If you are visiting ExCel, then the DLR station is 2 minutes walk away which will get you into ExCel in ten minutes. The Tower Hill tube station has the Circle and District Line which gets you all around central London with ease.

Ive used this hotel twice now and got great rates by going direct. The hotel is well located for tourism and the City, and it is well presented in all features with on site car parking I would keep using it for City trips - tower Bridge is literally on top and the Tower of London, the London Eye, and all other Thames Embankment attractions are in easy walking distance.
