I did get a low price at the Thistle Westminster so despite the reviews I booked. My expectations were no high and to be honest if they designated it a three star I think most people would be happy but at a 4 star level its being oversold. The management are clearly milking its previous good record and its well overdue for a major overhaul. In saying all that, the staff were friendly and the location was excellent and we could walk to most attractions and shops. I would stay again if it was still on offer
