The Wigmore rooms were excellent, warm, cosy very spacious and fully equipped. Staff very helpful at checking in and breakfast time. I would certinaly recommend the Wigmore and will looking to visit them again in the future. Another plus point is the location 10 minutes from Oxford Street ... excellent all round

Stayed there on Friday night. Room was ok - indeed bed was very comfy, but bathroom very cramped. There is no need to put a full bath in - it made getting to the loo impossible! A shower cubicle would have been fine! Telly didn't work! Breakfast was OK, but the stairs to the basement dining room didn't have a full handrail and the stair carpet was very worn - I thought both were safety hazards. The dining room was cramped,,and I got lumbered with the table in the alcove facing the wall - not good! OK if you're not spending a lot of time there!

Nice rooms, nice location, horribly sulky and rude reception. Somebody has to teach them to smile in the first place.
